Great location terrible service. No blankets for the beds, did not clean or service the room, smelled of mildew, dark with only one light plus small desk lamp, tv didn’t work and it was not possible to get help cause they don’t give you a phone number to call.woman at the desk at check in was rude and unhelpful. Had to ask for basics to be comfortable.

Let me start by saying location is excellent. I guess with parking i got lucky twice getting parking spot with no problem. in front of the hotel. The facility has so much potential but missing a lot there's no ice machine, hair blower, we stay 2 night but no one clean and replace our towel. The worst one is the receptionist working at the afternoon is lacking customer service. When u ask her something she always say i don't know. and her face look like she want you out of her sight she's always on her cellphone. overall the stay is alright. location is great. This hotel need lots of improvement. But thank you anyway.
