Top San Francisco Hotel Reviews

Travelodge by Wyndham San Francisco Airport North
2/10 Terrible
"We stayed at this location for one night since it was convenient to my flight. However the hotel itself was scary and felt unsafe."

DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco South Airport Blvd
10/10 Excellent
"Nice restful stay. I would stay again"

Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco
2/10 Terrible
"The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for tourists, with many attractions easily accessible. However, the property is showing its age and would benefit from a refurbishment, particularly the furniture. The room did not appear as clean as expected, and some items (including the TV) were not working properly. Although I reported these issues and requested assistance, they were never resolved during my stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of any apology, acknowledgment, or goodwill gesture at check-out despite the unresolved problems. Overall, the location is a strong point, but the hotel falls short in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service"

Chancellor Hotel on Union Square
4/10 Poor
"I was not happy waiting one hour after the stated check-in time simply because the hotel is understaffed. I also did not appreciate my son being singled out when he entered the hotel and being asked for his room number. The wait times for checking in keep increasing and employees seem to be lacking in number and manners. This hotel has seen better days."

Holiday Inn Golden Gateway by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Seriously such a good place to stay"

Bay Landing San Francisco Airport Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location and views with close proximity to SFO and the city"

Hotel Caza Fisherman's Wharf
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect place to stay with our daughter! She loved the pool, and the lobby restaurant had games and blocks that her and other kids loved, and had no issue with our dog there as well. Easy transit connections too, F street car was 2 blocks away, and 28 and 30 buses were right out front. Francisco Park (which has a playground and an incredible view) was a quick walk uphill, and some food and coffee options right around the hotel. Would highly recommend for families. Only downside was parking costs, but we ended up using SpotHero for parking at a garage a few blocks down."

Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Great but parking was so expensive, parking in teh city is expensive in general so I recommend not"

Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport by IHG
6/10 Okay
"I stayed on the 9th floor and I had to work online and my phone was not connecting to the Internet. I went out to get something to eat. Upon my return, I tried with my laptop but with no success. I then called the front desk to explain the situation. She was saying something whilst I was still speaking. I stopped to inquire as to the nature of her interruption. She responded, "Finish your complaint so that I can explain to you what's happening." I said, "Okay, what's happening?" She replied, "Are you finished, Sir?" I was baffled because I was not being rude to her at all. She explained that for the last two nights, the Internet crashed and they are working on it. So only the lobby to the 2nd floor has service. So I can come down to the lobby to use the service. I asked her why wasn't that explained when I checked in. I could have been given a room on the 2bd floor. She said that my IHG gives my top floor access. Go figure. No apology was offered. I went downstairs and was placed in a room with many other guests using the room. No discount offered. Nothing. The shower and toilet bowl were very slow in water disposal. I was disappointed but left there without making a scene. Crowne Plaza SFO must be more courteous in situations like these as issues will happen from time to time I'm not being unreasonable."
