Renters good proximity to the different things we wanted to do. Wonderful place. Earplugs made any noise from dogs or roosters or the street disappear without a problem. Very kind neighbors. "This property is an oasis. There was fruit growing everywhere. The differences of plants and trees is like nothing we saw while in Costa Rica. Very memorable and our host was very helpful throughout the whole time we were there. FYI when they say you need 4x4 there are not joking around. We had a rental that had 4x4 and the road still made my stomach drop. Worth it if you can get to it."

"We are very private people, and hate it when we rent a cabin and have any other houses within sight, to say nothing of those rentals with next door neighbors right on top of you. This gorgeous little cabin is tucked in the middle of the CR rain forest. No neighbors at all. Just hummingbirds, gorgeous butterflies and lots of other wildlife. "Lovely property with responsive hosts. The bungalow properties are uniquely whimsical and private. Perfect location outside of the hustle & bustle of Dominical, but a 20 minute drive away. Grocer & restaurants even closer. No A/C but decent fans available. It’s cooler in the evenings “up the hill” from Dominical. "

"The location is a peaceful oasis. It was easy to locate and only 2.5 hours from San José. It had rained lightly the day of our arrival. The next day, the road was slick and our 2x4 wasn't able to make it out without a pull. The tow took 90 minutes to arrive and cost $200. The property lists a hot tub. "Outstanding property with wonderful hiking trails near by. Cute quiet town. The road down to the cabin is steep and unpaved but we managed in a 2wd vehicle. Wifi/Service was out but there is so much to do it didnt bother us one bit. 10/10 would stay again."

"We loved the Paradis Peak villa! Steve and Nancy were wonderful hosts and gave several suggestions on activities available in their area. Loved our visits with the Rottie girls as well, they were a real treat. I would recommend contacting host for better directions than google maps. Roads can be a bit challenging. And did i mention the bird watching! Awesome!!!"
