Hotel double-billed me for my stay. I have spoken with Customer Service and with hotel staff directly numerous times over a 3-month period. Although I was promised reimbursement, it has not yet happened and staff is not able to tell me when my re-payment will be processed.

The hotel is very clean and convenient. It is only 5 minutes away from the airport and the hotel provides free 24 hour shuttle service.

Super convenient to the airport. They did a great job with breakfast. Mattresses were uncomfortable, but it was a quiet place to stay after a late flight in.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were excellent. We were on the first floor and had really high ceilings. Furniture and room were beautiful.

Shuttle was excellent, fast. Room was clean; only complaint was that the room smelled like sewer when first entering. We noticed that the toilet was dry (like it hadn't been used in some time). Once it was flushed, smell improved. Would recommend hotel check on rooms - even if cleaned - before guests check in.

Easy to use the shuttle to get to our early morning flight. We also used room service, which was handy and enjoyable. My kids opted not to use the pool while there.

Brilliant, clean airport hotel. Has a bar and restaurant with a limited selection of food. Excellent helpful staff. A little noisy from airport and local traffic and rail. Not much around the hotel in terms of food/activity, but City Mall is a 40min walk or 10min drive. There is more food selection there.
