$40 to check in early even though there were rooms readily available. I actually changed rooms quickly due to three men right outside my window when I drew the curtains. And $40 stay late. More understandable but only an hour but understandable.

It is a generally good hotel. I really liked the very convenient location and the dining options nearby (you might still need a car to get around). However, there were some ants in my room, particularly climbing up from behind the desk. The cleaning staff should take a look at this issue.

Eventhough it doesn't carry the 4 star rating than most hotels that I stay in, this hotel met our needs for a very difficult time. Staff played different roles, for example "Xannon" worked at the front desk, but he also shuttled guest to and from the hotel, airport and back. The bed and pillow were support comfortable. Thank you.

I found the staff friendly and responsive to our needs. The only negative I would comment on was the lack of electric vehicle charging stations. This lack of the ability to charge my rental car had serious impacts on my leisure time.
