"This property is noisy from other guest and the poor sound proofing. Every night and all night, you can hear people coming and going, slamming doors, and a weird banging in the wall. Additionally, the internet was pretty bad and only worked (slowly) some of the time. For the amount we spent to stay here, I was really offended when they tried to get €100 out of me for a late checkout by two hours! They even admitted they didn’t have any guests booked so it would be an issue — pure greed. Thankfully, they came to their senses when I declined their “offer” and allowed us to keep our luggage in the room after they originally suggested we could leave it in the hallway that all guest have access to. Lastly, you need to speak some Italian. No one at the property speaks English, which I suspect led to some of our issues. "

"The resort is beautiful, it’s secluded and private. The pool has a pretty view and there is bar service while you enjoy. The staff is incredible; we were there the night of the wildfire. We didn’t have our own car so The staff drove us down the mountain to safety. They are an excellent team and unbelievably accommodating and kind. "

"Average good room with all the facilities you need. Room might need a revamp. Excellent the restaurant, with a great service and outstanding food. Shame they didn’t have space on their beach, parking of the hotel a bit pricy compared the price of the room. Overall good experience "
