"Good position close to the sea front restaurants and shopping mall. Room was roomy clean with coffee/ tea and water provided daily. Free toiletries. Swimming pool was clean with sun beds and towels. Breakfast had a good selection both Asian and European."

"Very conveiniently located for bird livers as only 600m to Rainforest Discovery Centre. Room is well designed with outsidet but secured toilets which is great for us as we could leave our cameras there during the night to avoid to ac condensation. Staff is hepful, food is ok. Only minus is the steps to reception and room."

"Only that some chalets were quite a long walk uphill to get to them so you needed to be fit but otherwise a lovely place to stay and staff so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you "

"Room much nicer and bigger than expected (family room) with lovely views. Nice breakfast options and lots of trip options and lifts if needed. Limited food options in evening but food good."

"We only had a one night stay as a stop over, the hotel is clean and convenient for what we wanted. It’s an old hotel with some nice old features. Rooms were nice and big and comfortable. A good breakfast was included in the price. "

"the room was dirty, couldn't see out of the windows for dirt and the surfaces were covered in dust. Panels were falling off the lift and the carpets were badly worn. It looked like the place was in the midst of a large restoration so things might improve. It's in a good location close to the waterfront and there is a very good restaurant on the top floor. Staff were very helpful. Might be worth looking at in six months time but certainly not at the moment"
