"A little underwhelming, it's a nice enough hotel, but it's a little dated, the bed was very squeaky and not very large and we weren't impressed with the way we were greeted. First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. "Pro’s: Lovely place. Beautiful gardens and bird life. WiFi good, service fantastic. Breakfast selection is excellent. Personalised service. Con’s. No aircon so room was hot and cannot open doors due to mosquitoes. Fan not effective. Bed a little too hard for my liking. "
