Breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety. The only downside to the hotel is no parking. There is street parking available. From 8 am to 8 pm, you need to feed the meter. "A lovely large old hotel overlooking sea in San Remo. It was obviously very grand in it's day. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Room was a good size and lots of toiletries provided in bathroom. Pool was lovely, a good size and a with poolside bar. We found space easily but in peak season i imagine it would very busy as space around pool is limited in comparison to size of hotel. Excellent location for beach and to walk to...

"What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy washing and drying machine that is available. By that time we traveled quite a distance and was really too happy to wash some of our clothing. Everything is nearby and the facility is perfect. I honestly couldn’t believe our luck when we got here. If we are ever in the area, will definitely stay here again."
