"We arrived very late from our flight to Barcelona. Had no trouble parking our car at the hotel but it was €18 till check out at 1200 (they give you an extra hour after check out). We moved car to a local car park and it was only €2 per hour. You could find parking probably closer for less but we had had a long day. "Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. "The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to shower. Overall suitable for a family ski weekend but perhaps a bit expensive for the quality. "
