"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. "The location of the hotel is excellent. It is next to Sunway, bus stop and a shopping mall. The design of the hotel is eco-friendly. There is no carpet in the room. "Christal did a great job taking care of us when we arrived. The rooms are sound proof which was great. There was shampoo, body wash, shaver, toothbrush and other amenities. Weird part no lotion. The not so good part, no one or it takes a long time for someone to answer Frontdesk. Not worth for its price buts it’s a good location for shopping.
