"Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street. Its a stone throw away from the cute boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and excellent dining, downtown Los Olivos. Will...

"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."

"The room was nice, it had a comfortable bed, ample space, and a good amount of room for a good two person trip. Breakfast was just ok but you don’t go to Solvang for hotel breakfast after all. The location was the best part, near the Main Street and a near the center of town so walking is best. Would recommend"

"The property needs an ice maker. Also, each room should have a single serve coffee maker instead of instant coffee. Access to a microwave would be nice. We stayed four nights and had to ask the housekeepers for clean towels after two nights."
