Dinner shortfalls
Generally we thought the property was in a good position, and met our needs. However with more than one issue it was a little disappointing. We had problems with the toaster that failed the first time we used it. The TV which was advertised as having UK channels, had lost its satellite connection, so no TV was available that we could understand. The washing machine appeared to be faulty, when used, by setting the wash on a delicate it rinsed the washing with boiling water, and this resulted in clothing shrinking and being unfit to wear. And, finally the a/c in the lounge started leaking water over the sofa. All in all, none of these issues were addressed as they occurred after we notified the house manager on each occasion.

Great place in a great location
Great functional south facing townhouse in a handy location in a nice quiet neighbourhood just a 10 minute drive from the airport. Close to nice undeveloped coastline for snorkelling & swimming. The owners were accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money & highly recommended!

A few problems with the door locks we got locked out on 2 occasions sun beds only 2 for 6 people table and chairs outside were in a very poor condition with no umbrella the neighbours had 5 dogs very noisy day and night kept coming into our house and barking and growling and aggressive many light bulbs not working kettle stopped working generally house needed painting

Thanks for your feedback. All locks replaced and bulbs fitted. Chairs, table, kettle and new Sun umbrella provided at property. We trust the beach, bars and sun were great!

Relaxing holiday!
Communication prior to our stay was useful and prompt. The property was as described and suited us perfectly. The area was peaceful and the pool one of the best we've had on holiday. The only slight downside was the location of you wanted to be nearer the action as taxis and public transport was a bit hit and miss, but we were happy relaxing by the pool.

Very good vacation home
Clean and nice vacation home. Mark and Martin are friendly managers who made sure that everything needed for a good stay was provided. The only thing for improvement where the beds in the childrens rooms. A bit loud when they turned around at night. There is airconditioning in every room which is great. The rooms have a lot of space and the roof is perfect for sunbathing. In the morning or evening it is nice to eat in the garden. We have had a great time .

Perfect in so many ways!
Ideal location for our party of six, nice and quiet and within easy reach of transport and restaurants and a mini market/off license. The property was clean and tidy with well planned facilities and a lovely sun terrace on the roof. All white goods in excellent condition and working order. Mark and Martin looked after our requirements, were very helpful but never obtrusive. Our ordered welcome pack was waiting for us at our late arrival (10:30pm) and was complete with all items. All bedrooms and the lounge were fitted with excellent air conditioning units and ceiling fans, which are essential for comfort sleeping. Access to a superb swimming pool, about 100 metres from the villa, was a real bonus set in a beautiful location. Could not fault the villa and would happily return next year.

Fantastic stay xxx Feb/March 2017 xxx
We have just returned from a wonderful sunny (the weather was fab) 10 night stay in villa Tui Casa, the villa is nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a good sized roof terrace which we really enjoyed as although the shared pool is a great size and in a lovely setting the water was freezing, which was to be expected as it was Feb/March!! The villa is in a lovely location just a 10-15 minute walk to a fantastic beach and about a 20 minute walk to a selection of big supermarkets/shops & eateries. The bus stop that takes you into Santa Pola (Beautiful town, highly recommend a visit here) or Alicante in the other direction is also just a 10 minute walk away. From Alicante you can pick up other transport links to other towns, resorts i.e Benidorm. We enjoy walking so this wasn't a problem for us and if we wanted to go further a field we just jumped on a bus BUT if walking isn't your thing we would recommend hiring a car!! Mike the owner was brilliant and sent all relevant information prior to our arrival (helpful map etc) and Mark & Martin who manage the property over there are fantastic, it was a real pleasure to meet them. Mark even took us to the airport on our return home (thank you again for that) and Martin gave my daughter a key ring which she loves (thank you so much). I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Gran Alacant it offers great value for money and is in a great setting. Thank you again Mike for letting us stay in your property and a massive thank you to Mark & Martin for looking after us throughout our stay. We will definitely book with you again. xxxx

Très belle maison ou l'on se sent très vite bien (même en hors saison 😉).
Les photos refletent la réalité ! Il manque celle de la 3eme immense chambre en souplexe. Les commerces se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture, l'aéroport est à 1/4 d'heure et le centre-ville ďAlicante à 25 minutes ce qui est très pratique. Mark nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et c'est extrêmement agréable. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Härliga Alicante
Kom just hem från en vecka på Alicante. Lägenheten vara precis lagom för oss. Nära till poolen. Vi har nästa helt själva i poolen. Det var en bit att gå till havet men det var supernice när man väl kom dit. Riktigt fin strand och inte mycket folk. Vi kommer definitivt åka dit igen. Simon oktober 2017
