The staff were very helpful. Especially Lele, manager of housekeeping. She helped me change rooms after the room I thought I was renting didn’t exist based on the pictures on Expedia. I am very disappointed that I was not offered a less expensive room.

It appeared to be a newer hotel with modern appeal The hotel was very nice and clean great breakfast choices. The parking was tight and they appear to charge $10 dollars per the sign on the front desk each day for parking that I was not aware of prior to booking. I hate when hotels charge for parking on the same property the hotel resides on its kinda scamish in my opinion. I understand if the parking was offsite. But overall we would stay here again if we were passing thru.
Staff was great, breakfast was good, room was nice, pet area good! The only issue was that one night a fight of some sort broke out on the 3rd floor at 4:30 in the morning had to call the front desk to report it who responded quickly and the police arrived shortly after but I was never informed of the resolution and no follow up .
Very nice hotel but my bad review has to do with the breakfast. I’ve stayed in many La Quinta hotels and never had this issue with breakfast. Short staffed and there was no food an hour before they closed the kitchen area! A lot of people was waiting for food and no one was restocking anything! It was very disappointing and frustrating! The girl that was supposed to be bringing out food kept hiding in the back to avoid the people asking for stuff.
I liked that the staff was very accommodating and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. I didn’t like paying extra for parking. Should have a security guard there if you have to pay extra.
It seems a lot of hotels are no longer offering daily housekeeping which was a disappointment! I got extra towels from the front desk but it would have been nice for the trash to have been emptied and the bed made up!
I got the suite which was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the guest upstairs was quite noisy. Limited parking.

Water not hot in evening or morning shower. Breakfast could be til 10 or 10:30 since checkout is at 11. Clock in room set wrong and missed breakfast.
Nice had bar. Bartender great. Chicken wings could be served with blue cheese not ranch, never asked tho if available.
I heard the front desk checkin state free parking and free pet stay. Upon checking out told differently which was upsetting after missing breakfast.
The shower, the extra fees, and missing breakfast caused the poor rating.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear about the many hurdles that you encountered while a guest at our property. Please know that we have always charged a nominal fee for both pets and and parking at our property. We recently entered Daylight Savings Time and it looks as though we may not have moved your time forward one hour in your guest room and for that we truly apologize. We tested the water temperature in both the shower and sink and both heat to a very acceptable temperature with excellent pressure. I will be sure to ensure that our bar staff has blue cheese available for our scrumptious made to order wings.
