Very good location and rverything walking distance. Friendly staffs. Facilities is basic. There is no fridge, kettle and mug. But maybe they can help for those.

Place is decent. Close enough to the city centre. The main entrance to the hotel is on the side through an alleyway so it's not very obvious. Staff didn't speak much English and I don't apeak Spanish so communication was bit of an issue. Breakfast was really disappointing. Tea/ coffee, orange juice and toast/croissant so really limited options available.

Excellent location but not easiest to find as entrance up narrow alley from main street. Only problems/comments about room are that there are no English channels on TV, and no thermostat control on the radiator. Had to open the window as room got too hot

A very busy part of Santander need to park in the secure underground car park approx 100 metres from hotel. If you have a booking at the hotel park first! Reception very helpful both arrival and departure!

Incredibly clean and comfortable
We travelled to Spain for the Champions Cup Rugby final in Bilbao and due to the outrageous prices there, had to look farther afield for accommodation. Our search led us to Hotel Picos de Europa. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Less than 10mins walk from Bus Station, easy to find, incredibly clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. A special mention to the shower in the room which had excellent water pressure! I highly recommended this hotel!

La zona y el hotel muy buenos. La unica pega es la dificultad de aparcamiento de la zona. Por lo demas todo genial y el personal muy amable

Bonne adresse pour visiter Santander
Hôtel très convenable, propreté irréprochable. Sympathique proximité avec les clients extra-hôteliers à l'occasion du petit-déjeuner et des repas au restaurant. Le restaurant propose des plats locaux de qualité. Seul le petit-déjeuner mérite un bémol: il ne s'agit pas d'un buffet et il faut donc s'adresser aux serveuses pour avoir le moindre complément.

Mi estancia en el hotel ha sido bastante buena. En mi caso, me alojé en una habitación doble y la verdad que estuvimos bastante cómodos, la habitación cuenta con lo imprescindible, aunque por poner una pega, le falta un minibar. Es un puntazo que pongan agua de cortesía cada día, pero sería mejor si se pudiera meter en el típico minibar para que ésta estuviera fresquita.

Hotel de 2 estrellas que nada ha de envidiar a los de 4. Personal majisimos tanto recepcion como restaurante. Unicamente y como sugerencia... mejorar el sistema de desayunos para alojados... Pero de todas formas todo muy bien.

Hotel ottimo, posizione fantastica in centro, nella via principale con negozi e locali, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus e dalla stazione dei treni. Cattedrale e lungomare vicini, tutto raggiungibile senza mezzi. Bella passeggiata verso le spiagge e la penisola Magdalena. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e silenziosa. Ogni giorno lasciano bottiglia di acqua. Consiglio questo hotel e tornerò.

acogedor y sencillo hotel para estancias cortas
Un hotel que responde a la categoría de dos estrellas, renovado, con 6 o 7 plantas, situado pasando un pequeño pasaje o callejón, que dificulta un poco encontrarlo, y comunicado con la cafetería y restaurante del mismo nombre, donde sirven los desayunos contratados en el hotel. La atención del personal muy buena, atentos y solícitos para ayudar, todo muy limpio, un pequeño hall de entrada con sofás y sillones, una estantería con libros y muebles. Tiene un ascensor y escaleras para acceder a las plantas. Ideal para estancias cortas, sin muchas comodidades pero muy acogedor. La habitación individual pequeña pero suficiente con ventana que da a un patio donde se ven los tubos del sistema de aire acondicionado o calefacción, un pequeño baño sin ventana pero con ducha de plato, con suficientes productos para el aseo, tiene armario, una mesa y una silla y también una pantalla de TV colgada en la pared

Hotel situado en un callejón que te lleva a pensar en negativo pero nada de eso, el hotel está muy bien, limpio, buen trato y céntrico a 5 ' andando de catedral y Ayuntamiento.

Molto soddisfatta della scelta. Ho girato la citta comodamente a piedi e ho fatto escursioni nelle cittadine vicino usando il bus la stazione dei bus molto vicina. La colazione era buona ma essendo una caffetteria non si poteva avere la scelta di un buffet.
