Nice hotel
We had a larger and basic room, comfortable bed and working air conditioning!!!! Elevator and stairs are tight. Location is great.

Good hotel in a great location
Very well located hotel. Less than 10min walk to the Cathedral. A 5min walk to the fresh food market. Only a few mins walk to Alameda Park. Several supermarkets close by as well as cafés and other shops. The airport bus stops about a 3min walk from the hotel with the stop for return bus to the airport about 5min away. We made a day trip to A Coruna on the coast while we were there using the Renfe train. The train station is less than 10 mins walking from the hotel and the train journey itself takes about 30mins. A very good, very well located hotel. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Great stay, the location is super, did not use the car the offsite parking is very convenient, around the corner. LOLI at the reception desk is a perfect 10. breakfast OK. Would stay there again

The wall
The hotel is generally in good condition. However, the staff were not very friendly. Our room hás view to a wall! As the hotel was not full, I think we should have been allocated another room. I will not choose this hotel again on my next stay in Santiago.

Good clean hotel near the old town
Basic hotel with a great front desk team. I stayed for three nights after completing the Camino. The buffet breakfast was ample , the room was OK but it woukd have been nice to have more room to put my clothes and belongings so i didn't have to continue to live out of my bag. The bathroom was large wirh a steady supply of hot water. The hotel was close to the old town and the main cathedral. The hotel was more than adequate for my short stay but I probably would stay elsewhere if i were staying more than three nights.

Bad stay. Not one I can recommend.
The hotel was listed as having a self serve laundry but that was not true. They were not at all helpful at check in. You cannot even unload your luggage on the front of the hotel. Parking is several blocks away and although they said parking was 10 euros, it was16 euros. The rooms are tiny and AC does not work very well at all. Very disappointed in what Hotels.com lists as amenities because that is almost all incorrect.

Room was clean but very small. Not a chair in the room due to room size. Bathroom have mold and when I notified the front desk, all he said was sorry. So the following morning I notified the front desk that I am planning to move out the next day,they didn't say anything, so after I found another place, went back to the front desk and advised them I was moving out. He gave me a bad time saying I was supposed to stay for 4 nights instead of 2. After giving me the runaround, he said they need to hearing from Hotel. Com. So I did and hotel.com called the hotel and got it all worked out.

Good location but needs some adjustment
I wouldn't stay here again because our room was very tiny and it was so hot and although the staff tried to help control the air conditioner we could not get the room to cool down. Everywhere in the hotel it was hot. It made us very uncomfortable. Staff were helpful. Very convenient location

Modern and efficient
Centrally placed, modern and reasonably-priced hotel. It has a low-key design feel to it and operates with a minimum of fuss. Good wifi and I-tv provided. Some noise (like snoring) from adjoining rooms. Efficient, informed staff. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but enough to get you started for the day. The hotel is very close to a taxi rank, making early morning taxi trips to the airport very easy.

The hotel is 10 mins walking to the old town in Santiago. The room was very small. The hotel is located on a very busy street and is hard to find. There is no parking available by the hotel. We parked about 10 mins away by walking and had to pay 20€ per night. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

About ten minute walk to the Cathedral. Hotel in a nice part of town. Several good restaurants a few minutes walk. Nice place to get away from the crowds near the Cathedral. This hotel had excellent wifi. There restaurant is closed for dinner Sunday.

Standard 3 star hotel
stabdard three star hotel, clean with nice bathroom, close to town. Was 50 euros on the night we stayed, wouldn't be worth more, and given the standard of some of the cheaper pensions, would probably stay at one of these instead.
