Location...2 min walk to subway, close to restaurants and shopping, safe area (a few embassies close by). Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, friendly staff and great views from the rooftop.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar was a nice place to enjoy a drink, though the food wasn’t great.

The hotel was wonderful with amazing rooftop pool views. The breakfast was great and all the staff was very nice. Felipe, Giovanni, Evelyn, Miguel, Jordan and Ignacio were all very helpful!

The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful, the upstairs, pool bar, and pool deck were beautiful and relaxing, and the room was beautiful with every amenity covered. Definitely would go back!

The staff was excellent. Friendly, courteous, very helpful in arranging our tour, help with the ubers, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Not your usual continental. All fresh and good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who are friendly and informative. Nice, clean, spacious room. Best of all the roof top bar / lounge and swimming pool. A great place to relax.

Wonderful staff and a clean quiet property. Great view from the 14th floor View Bar and open air pool. The general manager has advised me (Feb. 2024) their web site will be updated to reflect that the Zafferano restaurant is closed and only opens for the hotel's great buffet breakfast (incl. in hotel rate.) Also the road access to the hotel is limited for the next 2 years due to a new subway line being constructed, although I don't think there will be any noticeable noise for hotel guests) but the sidewalk is open. Drivers/taxis need to approach from Av. Andres Bello. We hope other folks have as nice a stay as we had for our 5 nights at the hotel.

The staff, the dining areas, are wonderful. The bathroom was clean but could use some maintenance. Especially the shower. The drain cover and part of the shower handle fell off. Loved the rooftop pool.

Great breakfast, rooftop, and bar. The location was great, with easy access to the metro. However, I stayed in two different rooms while here and was unimpressed, especially the second room where the air conditioner clearly did not work. I could not get it to cool lower than 25 degrees Celsius, which made this heat wave more uncomfortable. The trade off, I spent more time in the rooftop pool cooling off. So all in all, I feel like I got my moneys worth.

Fantastic modern hotel with a great roof top pool and bar area. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet and extremely clean and well equipped. Breakfast was included in the price and had a good variety as well as freshly cooked eggs and omelettes on request. The reception staff were exceptional and so friendly and helpful. Also a great location with a short walk to the major shopping centre with the sky lounge and great restaurants in the surrounding streets which seemed safe to walk around. Loved our stay at this hotel and highly recommend.
