I stayed here for 9 nights with no regrets. Very nice Hotel. Very clean. All stores and restaurants are right outside the door. Staff was very helpful with allowing free late check out and arranging transportation when needed. It’s right on the River as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel President is conveniently located right by the old town of Sarajevo. We had a car with us and it was super easy to pull up by the hotel and the staff opened the garage for us and we were able to park. The location is awesome -- all of Sarajevo's small shops, restaurants, and bars were in walking distance, and major attractions like the two mosques and multiple museums. I'd stay again at this property.

Pros: clean room, comfortable, wonderful view, good breakfast Cons: one major negativity which is why i scored the hotel as 3 out of 5 is the wifi network! First day had many interruptions, second day it worked most of the day with intermittent disconnection. This is a major thing for me to have wifi to plan my trip and activities

Excellent location, walkability to Old Town and Tram stops perfect. Breakfast was good but not great. Had continuous problems with my air conditioning. The hotel always promptly addressed, but issues persisted. Became a bit frustrating. Clean and safe property great location but not worth the price per night in my opinion.

The Hotel was in an excellent position to go sight seeing and shopping .The staff were lovely and very welcoming .Our room was beautiful with a spacious balcony and an amazing view .If we visit again we will stay in this Hotel again ,a super holiday helped by our accomodation .

Location was perfect, walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Our tour main office was a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff was friendly, hotel was clean and very homely - no indications of being over-used or run down. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel is in a great location, everything is within walking distance in the old town. Breakfasts is good. Rooms are fine. No VIP benefits though, no mention of it, no room upgrade, no wine bottle.

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location. Our tour guide said when you come to Sarajevo this is the hotel you want to stay at. I totally agree. Lovely market area with plenty of food options right next door. Old town location. Fantastic.

Easy check in experience. Easy to find. Nice room, but not worth the price. It was not as luxurious as I expected. Breakfaat is included, so they have that going for them. Parking was nice, for an extra fee. I chose the room based on its VIP status and the platinum perks. I got a small free bottle of wine and did not get the room upgrade, even though there were two rooms available online that I could purchase. I would not choose this property based on its non existent perks. Save $100 and go somewhere else... you won't be in your room anyway, the old town will keep you busy enough.

Highly recommend
This hotel was amazing. From its location to the staff to the room itself. I cannot compliment it enough. Room was really spacious and design was very beautiful. It is close to the old market town which has cobbled roads and artisans shops , there are also alot of food locations that are reasonably priced I cannot wait to return :)

Great staff, room and location. The only thing I’d suggest is to let the guest know that the temperature in the room in order to be changed, you have to call the reception. They are very accommodating so that wasn’t a problem. Great views and my room had a terrace that overlooks the river. Will be back for sure!

Excellent location in the heart of the old city The rooms are clean and new I didnt like the limit of temperature innthe room for max of 23C and also not having complimentary drinking water bottles Inside looks much better than the outside . The entrance might fool the forat time visitor All in all it was a good choice

Excellent hotel - second time in a week at the President Hotel. Nice staff - super fast check in. Great room, very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Nice views and location. I will go back again

Overall a nice hotel, but it was a bit run down. Certain features were out of order like the heated floor in the washroom and the thermostat. The carpet was worse for the wear and there were some insects around that bit me. The walls were quite thin and even though I asked to be moved to a quieter floor or further away from some of the families, I was told it wasn’t possible. Also, I felt a bit nickel and dimed. With my stay, I was supposed to get a free “bottle” of wine, but it was more of a glass and when I was checking out they were a bit rude, patronizing almost, and attempted to charge me for it. They did charge for the second “glass.” Also, don’t expect any bottled water or anything “complimentary.”
