The staff was great. One person gave me the scarf around her neck for 2 days so I could enter mosques! The room was very well appointed, even having robes and slippers, as well as shampoo, lotion, vanity kit, etc. The location right next to the old town was awesome.

Almost everything about this hotel was great - service & staff, cleanliness, location, view from our room and the bed. There were only 2 annoying things in our room - the tv would turn on on its own so it came on one time during the night. The other thing was that the air con was very noisy and we couldn’t turn it off.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

the hotel is in the heart of Sarajevo so you can go anywhere easily. Nice tasty breakfast and friendly staff. In cleanness they could be better. I strongly suggest this great hotel.

It’s a lovely location next to the old town, the staff was friendly and knowledgable, and breakfast was always good. The hotel was very quiet overall, which was great for sleeping.

This is a small super convenient hotel located right in the middle of Old Town. You couldnt get a better location. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful for a small hotel. Management was very accommodating with helping us park our car in their lot. Nice people. No restaurant on premises but only hundreds of restaurants outside our door. We had an excellent meal around the corner at the American Beef and Steak house. It was very atmospheric with old timbers etc. after two weeks in Italy some tender beef kabobs were great

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. Loved the architecture and interior design. Breakfast was outstanding!!!! Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Prime location
The hotel had a great breakfast setup. The room was nice & comfortable. Wished we stayed here during our entire stay. The hotel is prime location to all the great sites, bazaar, and restaurants. However, wished the shower drains were kept up more often. We had a late arrival check in & after a long day of travels, all I want is a shower but the shower drain did not drain & flooded the bathroom floor.

Great hotel, staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great and rooms are very comfortable. However, the people who clean the rooms need to do a bit of a better job. The rooms are generally very clean but the same dirt that was on my room-carpet stayed there during all my stay, only at the last day someone was thinking, it is time to clean it… Other then that, it would have been nice to have tissue paper in the rooms, but I noticed most hotels in Bosnia do not include it in their amenities, they should. I think it is probably the best hotel in Sarajevo for cost-performance. I recommend it VERY much.

This small hotel is a gem. The staff is absolutely fabulous. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are updated beautifully, the common areas are modern, and the breakfast was abundant and excellent. The location is fantastic, very walkable, at the heart of the old city but in a quiet area. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and will stay again!

Very good hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the best location right next to the old town. You cannot do better location wise. Great breakfast and staff. My only complaint was the bed - it was so hard and the room was too hot. They need softer mattresses.
