This hotel was seemed fine at first but the room smelled very badly and wasn’t clean. I didn’t want to leave my clothing on anything out of fear of bugs. The facility is old and run down.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean (except I found some tissues between the wall and mattress). They had the room stocked with enough towels for all 4 of us and great toiletries. I did laundry at this facility and I liked that it could be paid for with a card. The breakfast was great and the outside around the facilities felt safe. I would stay again.

Well my check in time was at 4, but my room was not ready so I had to wait around 35mins later. The hotel look nice. It has an old stanky smell to it and I had a couple stains on my bed sheets.

I’ve stayed at literal motels for $79 a night that are cleaner and better kept up than this hotel. There is a reason this is the cheapest hotel per night in that general Saraland area. Dirty, dusty, and smells like cigarette smoke even though all rooms are supposedly non-smoking. My dressers were missing all the knobs and had rotting wood, nasty stains on the carpet, grime in corners of bathroom, rust on towel bars, dust on bed skirts, mildew and dust on top of shower, and etc. At least my towels were clean. On the fence about the linens on the beds. I’m not one to be a Karen about things but come on now management get it together.

Hotel very outdated, no USB ports, showers grody and need update, “extra door latch” broken off, elevator scary! Had 2 rooms as 1st had no heat. Showers in both were grody! No soap in either room, no shower curtain in 2nd room tho they brought one promptly in the morning. Breakfast served is average. The best thing about this hotel is the very friendly staff!!

We loved having a separate living area so I could read and my husband could watch a game. Very quiet. Clean and comfortable. The hostess in the kitchen area opened up early which helped us get on the road early.

The sheets for the room were more comfortable than other hotels I’ve experienced. The room also stayed warm throughout our stay. The bathroom not only smelled clean but was clean before we arrived. The staff was really friendly as well.

The only nice thing about this property was the young man that checked us in that night. This was a weekend business trip for a small wedding setup. There was breakfast left in the microwave from the previous guests. The toilet made this hissing noise as if it was in “pain.” The first set of towels were badly stained, we asked for another set and there were some stained towels in that set. The room smelled like wet cigarettes, on top of chip crumbs being in the made up bed. The breakfast was limited. We didn’t see anything cooked, like eggs or grits. Just yogurt in the fridge, some muffins, and juice that appeared to be in coffee pots versus the type of dispensers I’m used to seeing them in. So as I’m pouring the apple juice, something black fell out of the pot into my cup. I can only assume it was from the inside of the lid. Either way, we went to Wendy’s for breakfast that morning.

The bed had a huge dip in it mattress was very uncomfortable. Saw a roach on door across the hall I went ahead and killed the roach because I didn’t want it coming in my room. Bathroom had silver fish in bath tub and what looked to be mold around the drain. I have stayed in the past and never had a problem before but it’s been a while and it was enough for me to make this review

Old and dirty even for a thrifty traveler.
Hotel was old and dirty. Our room didn’t have AC and it took around an hour to get maintenance to check the unit, and for us to be moved to a different room. It would have been nice to be moved first as we had a baby and it was in the 80’s in the room. The elevator was glitchy and always stopped on the 2nd floor on the way down. Our new room was ok, but definitely not clean nor a place we would stay again. Also the water would randomly come out of the tub fairly brown at times then clear up.
