We did last minute booking as our flight was delayed. Appreciated the authentic local experience, very friendly people. Our only issue is we don't speak much Spanish, there were some confusion, but not too bad.

Mediocre at best
The service at Morgan restaurant was great! The service from the front desk was not very helpful. We had to inquire about everything (after check in) and when requesting things, (shuttle) we were told "ok" only to learn they are not sending a shuttle. Not helpful individuals at front desk when we were there. Room was very small, cramped. Clean. Muggy (not sure if air was working properly). door handle was broken, (in the room not to the room) bathroom old and dingy, toilet didn't flush well. Not a terrible stay, however would not choose to stay here again.

There were lots of pools and beautiful gatdens. The villa was a little casita with cooking pots and pans and dishes. Everything you needed was there except food. The breakfast served by the Captain Morgan restaurant was excelkent and included. They came by ro do an inventory of dishes shgets, towels, etc right after I checked in and asked me ro sin it. However, when I went ro check out they did not want ro give me a signed copy saying wverything was atill there. I had to make a fuss ro make it happen.

No lo volvería a elegir, las habitaciones demasiado lejos del área de piscina y del restaurante. El baño tenía muy mal olor. Las camas no eran confortables.

Realmente lamentamos que hayas tenido una experiencia tan negativa como esta y te pedimos disculpas si para el momento no te dimos la atención que te mereces. Tenemos otras opciones de hospedaje que se encuentran más cerca de la piscina y en cuanto al baño no es una situación habitual en nuestro Hotel. The room was very disappointing. It looked like they gathered furniture from a garage sale. It was sold as a "2 bedroom villa". There was a kitchen area with a table that looked like it came from a conference room. No couch or living area. Really old bathrooms with cracked tile/corroded fixtures. Pool area was cute with activities for kids but need umbrellas for shade.

Decent place w good food and many amenities. But they try to Nickle and dime you for any fee they can get. I had paid for breakfast inclusive but they charged me anyway. When I complained to front desk they said I didn’t get free breakfast even though I showed them e mail that said I did. Eventually it worked out but then when we checked out they tried to charge me for things we never used. We just drove off. A decent place but poor front desk service
