Clean property, great communication and nice location. City noise and thin walls, some construction noise as well . Would stay again just because of communication with Sounder was very good

Super noisy.. construction. Hammering going on all day and you could everything from the people above Hard to sleep at night and too noisy to stay in

This was in a great area in walking distance for everything. Nice big room that looked out over the historic area. I will use Sonder on my next trip.

The place was perfect! The only issue we had was the elevator was down a couple times, but I guess we should use the stairs! The AC did not work for 3 of the 4 days we were there, but I’m sure if I had called and told somebody they would have been right in it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Only for hard core partyers!
Checking in is completely virtual and is easy. We had no problem finding the unit. You just have to read the pre-check in so you know what you’re doing. I reserved because my husband and I would be celebrating a friends birthday in that aera, and I knew we would not want to drive home. We live 40 minutes away. If that’s why you’re staying there, and you’re drunk when you go to bed, it will be perfect because you won’t care about the comfort of the bed Or the fact that the couch smelled like “bed-head.” You also would not have minded that the people above you, who, when walking back and forth, sounded like they were literally in your apartment walking back and forth. I did not read reviews because it was a last-minute decision to book, and I only remember seeing pictures of the kitchen, which is beautiful and updated. There is a night club next-door. Our friend plans cancelled, so we decided to make it a date night, but we went home a couple hours after we got there when we realized we wouldn’t be getting any sleep if we stayed. The traffic, etc on the street was beginning to get loud, so I can only imagine what it would’ve sounded like at 3 AM when the bars closed. Parking is advance paid online, a longer walk than I would have liked, and it was scary to leave my Navigator there, but the worst part is that when we first got there, there were zero parking spots in the garage and a lot of people driving around looking for spots. Perfect location if you’re there to party!

However, we apologize for the noise disturbances from neighboring units and the nightclub nearby, as well as the limited parking availability. While we do our best to disclose that this is a lively area prone to noise, we understand it can be a bit much. A white noise machine and ear plugs are available upon request. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future and that we can provide you with a more enjoyable stay.

Once I found the right, Sonder on Broughton, it was a breeze. It was nicely lit, secure and easy to get to. parking was a little tricky, but once you got to know the area, you knew where to park and where not to park. Free street parking after 8pm and Sundays were very helpful. The room itself was awesome. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Next-door Neighbors were a little noisy, but with the sound machine that was provided we were able to drown them out.

I stayed there with a platonic friend and we did not want to sleep in the same bed. I discovered when making the fold out bed that there was no blanket available for it. I reached out to customer service with my avail. I froze that night. I didn’t sleep at all and I was on vacation. It took a full 24 hours before they brought me a blanket and I could sleep. The Sonder is also incredibly noisy. Kids were out of control on my floor running up and down the hall. Also there is a club downstairs that will wake you up when it closes. The apartment thought is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. It’s a beautiful stay albeit a noisy one.

Nice apartment in a very nice area but it was very noisy. The wood floors creaked a lot and the people in the apartment above us must have had heavy shoes and a young child who would run around starting at about 6:45am and they would clunk around for a couple of hours. It was impossible to sleep past 7am. The the sound of footsteps seemed like they were right in our apartment but we think they were above us. We won’t want to come back.

Yes to Savannah. No to Sonder.
I did not feel welcomed in your building, because you showed total lack of hospitality. I was confused & lost, because there was no one to guide me. You asked me if I needed anything. I asked for an extra blanket, but you never provided any. I would tell my family & friends to visit Savannah, but never stay at The Sonder on Broughton. You guys have a lot to learn when it comes to Guest Services.

Property and room were fine except air conditioning control unit failed the second day in the room. Didn't bother with reporting due to no actual person on site, and there was cool weather outside which kept the room somewhat cool.

Great place to stay, parking was not terrible but sweeping of the street during the week allowed for no parking from 3am to 6am, so moving the car was annoying. Street noise also could be a bit loud but otherwise great place to stay and would book again.

Place was great, location was great. Communication was terrible. Started with constant emails to "pre check in" and when I replied asking if I had to do that immediately to secure the booking or if I could wait til later, I got no response whatsoever. We were confused by the parking situation and tried to contact them to clear that up, and got no response. After we checked in I got a text asking if there was any questions we had or anything they could do for us. I reiterated the parking questions we had and got absolutely no response at all

Beautiful decor and a wonderful, view of the downtown area. The whole place was comfortable and so central to everything downtown. We stayed on a Monday night, so very quite and peaceful.
