My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces.

Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again

Close to everything. The Old pink House is a local attraction, the wine is excellent, the food 2 stars. The basement is the main attraction. The apartments is quiet, clean, huge, I will definitely consider again. Must go to the JW Marriott Lobby. Amazing natural gems 💎

Beautiful decor but we were kept up late by a party upstairs, then awakened at 6 by delivery noise in the rear alleyway. Couldn’t get hot water in one bath so I had a cold shower...yuck! There was hot water later so not sure what happened. This would be a good location for people who don't mind noise but it really didn’t work for us.

Really loved the comfort of the unit as well as cleanliness, ease of checkin and location. Only complaint would be the paper thin walls being able to hear all surrounding units conversations. Would not deter me from staying again just be aware if you are a very light sleeper!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable...except for the pillows...We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaints were a full size mirror would have been great to have and the shower curtain wasnt big enough (cold air got in)

I loved everything but... I wish they would have given us more towels for 4 people/ 3 nights, we got 3 towels and one wash cloth. Also you can hear everything at night. Luckily I'm not a light sleeper. It was clean and I felt safe with my kids. The customer service was great though!

The apartment itself was great. The other people staying there was loud, and noisy. It has absolutely no parking for the hotel at all. It was very expensive just to stay there. It was $50 dollars a day for parking, which had we had known we would have chosen another location all together. It definitely wasn’t in the budget and limited us on the things we could enjoy plus the parking was at-least a quarter mile away.

Great location, very walkable. Clean apartment, comfy beds. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Great food options very close by. Get a delicious NY style pizza from Shorty right next to the main entrance! We’ll definitely be booking this place again!

On arrival we found dirty dishes, silverware & cutlery in the cupboards, so I washed them. Shower walls had several bunches of dried hair. The rest of the apt seemed clean. Other renters were quiet. Loved the white noise machine!

The first night was decent. The second night was not. An alarm on the building’s fire panel went off all night every few minutes and it kept us up. We have to travel the next day with very little sleep. There was a sticky note on the panel stating that the manager knew about it and there was nothing they could do. I called the property manager (Black Swan) the following Monday to discuss the safety issue and request some sort of refund. I received this text: “ We have checked with our team, and it was an old note that housekeeping forgot to remove during your stay. The entire system was replaced before your check-in date and we had no communication from other guests or our staff that the alarm was beeping. Please let us know if you have any other questions.” At that point, I felt like they were trying to hide a safety issue so I contacted Brooke at Savannah Fire Marshall’s Office. They investigated the situation and the panel history indicated two alarms were going off during our stay. According to Brooke, a corrective action plan was created and she said I did the right thing by contacting their office. I reached back out to the property manager via text to discus the issue with no response. I called two business days later and was told my concern had been escalated to upper management. I still haven’t heard anything. We paid over $700 for a 2 bedroom apartment and we only got to sleep comfortably one night. Then, the property manager would only speak to us via text.

This is a great place to stay. You're close to all of the restaurants, city market, and riverstreet. Clean amd comfortable, we loved it.

Birthday Staycation
The apartment was great it was exactly as pictured. I had a view of Broughton Street which a strip of stores and restaurants. I enjoyed this staycation for my birthday. I was able to walk outside to food and night activities and safely return with driving. As mentioned the walls are thin and on the weekends the noise outside can be loud. Other than that this is the perfect stay.

Great view, dining options, and shopping. In the middle of everything. The rental had a great vibe and clean lines, and brick (nice mix) but unfortunately it smelled of mold and it was very noticeable every time we walked in the rental. Although I loved the look of the place, the noise from the other renters was unbearable, and a majority of it was from inside the rental units. Some noise was from the street, which is understandable. Coffee maker and coffee with some sugar and creamer was in the rental, and it was a life saver. With all that being said, I would give this place another chance. It was clean and visually pleasing to the eye, just smelled and was loud. I’m a sucker for cleanliness and aesthetics.

Perfect location with tons of space
It was a great space for our family as each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Location is terrific for walking around downtown. No car needed.

Everything was wonderful. Perfectly situated in the center of the historic area. Everything is within walking distance. Very busy area and can be noisy at times but it is the appeal of staying downtown. We recommend The Grant, 100 times over!

I really liked that this property was in a convenient location. We were able to walk to a lot every local attraction. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. A downside to our stay was that we could hear people in other units quite clearly. If you are able to bring a sound machine, ear plugs, anything to drown out the noise, I would recommend it. Overall we had a good stay in Savannah.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect for walking the historic district, only a few blocks from the riverfront as well. Check in and out was easy, took very little effort on our part. The instructions for locking the door from the outside were not correct, as we only needed to press the Yale symbol, not put the code in again. Bathroom could maybe use a few towel hooks (there was a ring next to the sink and a bar over the toilet but nothing to really hang more than one towel to dry). I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grant in Savannah. The 205B suite was spacious and clean. There was, however, a super heavy coffee table in front of the sofa bed that we had to move every night; really bad choice for a coffee table there. Also, the clothes dryer in the unit was broken. We would stay here again, but for this price, I would make sure those 2 items are not an issue in a future stay.

Loved the location. Easily walkable and close to parking ramp. The space was perfect for a weekend getaway. Loved having a full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. What we didn’t like …don’t expect to sleep. The street traffic is loud and is often used as a cruising strip for people showcasing their stereo systems. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear everything on the 3rd floor. Including the party the ramped up at 3 am with people running up and down the unit with their shoes on and hooting and hollering. Customer service is not reachable post 9pm. So there is little to no enforcement of the “quiet” hours that is agreed upon when reserving. There is a noise machine in the bedroom but it did little to drown out the noise. Be warned or choose a room on the third floor.
