Large property with plenty of secure parking. Room was nice. Beds were a little too firm. Nice towels. Breakfast area is very large and was busy and full. Staff was having a hard time keeping everything stocked. So patience was needed. We did take the shuttle both ways after returning our rental car. The evening shuttle was okay. The morning driver was great. They had grab and go breakfast bags for our early morning flight. A nice jesture but not well thought out. A suggestion would be to put the waters on the side or at least mention it. Im sure many of those bottles are confiscate at security.

Elevator was broken so we did not get a room on the second floor as requested. Only option was a first floor room. We heard noise from other rooms and in the hall. The breakfast was average. The eggs were cold and the dining room had terrible acustics. It was very loud with people talking, coughing, and chairs scraping on the the hard floor.

Great stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Clean hotel with very friendly staff and very conveniently located near to the airport. The hotel operated shuttle bus is very convenient and timely.

This place is amazing. This is not what I expected from a budget friendly hotel. The breakfast was good. the place was clean. Not just clean but Me clean. I am a fanatic. The staff was amazing. I travel a lot and I have not run into such friendly and helpful staff in a long, long time. Every staff person we met was amazing. I would stay here again. I spend a lot of time at 5 star hotels and they could all stand to learn a lesson from this place.

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and the shuttle drive was awesome. The building needs some repairs and there was a humming noise all night, i did not get to experience the breakfast buffet, but they had a breakfast to go bag for people departing before the buffet was ready. Overall 9/10 rating.

Arrived from SeaTac after midnight. Had a 3rd floor advance reservation but elevator not working the past several weeks! Long wait to find a first floor room, given grudgingly. Upgrade only room available, but no king bed. No offer to compensate for the change. Shuttle service not on time as promised, even with advance reservation. Would not recommend this property! No soft-close toilet seats so nearby toilets seats heard slamming. Hard floors, no carpeting so every bump, footstep in above rooms heard…clomp, clomp, clomp. Bathroom was not vented in any way so steam from shower (bathtub) and all odors went into main room.

Our first negative review. We checked in after midnight after a long travel day. Front desk put us on the first floor as the elevator was inoperable. At 8:00 am as the hotel cleaning staff showed up the noise started to grow. At one point the noise sounded like a large party with whistling and yelling. We asked them to please keep it down and we were ignored. We then called the front desk and still nothing changed. We then met with the front desk and still nothing. The staff here clearly doesn’t care about the noise level or the hospitality the guest receives. Avoid this property if possible.

We needed a place to stay close to Sea/Tac and this hotel has reasonable, close and had a shuttle to the airport. Rooms were nice but small. Bathroom looked updated but the sink was mounted on top of the vanity and there was no room to put anything. The bathroom also could have used some more places for towels. AC worked but the elevator was not working so that was a pain carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs. We left super early for our flight and didn’t get to eat breakfast. Staff was really nice and helpful and the shuttle drivers are great!!

Arrived at 11am. Told extra $40 if I wanted room before 3pm. Never had that. Room was ready but it would cost us. No lifts in building working. Had to take cases up stairs to rooms. No apology and no VIP perks as stated on booking.

The elevator was broken and they were very accommodating as I had an injured foot. It is very convenient to the airport. On road trips, we have stayed at your properties numerous times in various states and have been satisfied over the years.

I had a wonderful stay, the.people at the front desk we wonderful and very knowledgeable. The only thing was the elevator wasn't working, which was a bummer lugging my luggage upstairs. I know it was temporary but stil inconvenient. But everything else was wonderful.

Convenient to airport and well-staffed (housekeeping, breakfast crew, shuttle drivers, front desk do a good job). Better than average free breakfast. However the hotel feels old and the elevator wasn’t working. From reading previous reviews I see there have been issues with the elevator before, which is a problem if you’re staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor and have luggage. We got help from the shuttle driver. But with that in mind, this hotel is good for an overnight stay especially coming in to Seatac airport after 11pm.

Great hotel to stay at, it's clean, the price is right. Staff is super nice, check in was super easy. Didn't feel unsafe at all. Oh yeah they're complementary breakfast was delicious, plus check out is at 12pm which is nice!
