The elevator was broken, only one working elevator car, which meant really long wait times. The breakfast was laughable, the hot items were cold, the cold items were warm, and every single morning of our five day stay they were out of coffee.

Everything was great until our key cards did not work. We went 3 times to the counter to get them fixed. They had to use the Master key card to get in.

The staff were helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good for our purposes. While we were able to find parking most of the spaces were compact and the lot was full each evening.

I travel to Bellevue several times a year for some specific dental care. Last time I stayed at this property, all was fine. This time, not so much. At checkin, the reception person explained, almost accusingly, that any damage I caused would be deducted from an extra $100 charge put on my charge account. As an older person, I found this insulting, especially since I am a repeat customer. The fan in the room was so noisy, I considered asking for a different room. At checkout, the reception person was very slow, so I asked that my receipt be e-mailed to me instead of printed. Eight hours later: no receipt. I called the hotel, first was told they couldn’t find my reservation and to maybe check with Expedia, then they did find the receipt and said they sent it… but I have still not received it.🙄 I should not have to make multiple phone calls to resolve a simple matter.

Great room for the most part. Very clean and spacious. View could have been better but for the price I can’t complain. Key cards wouldn’t work a few times but think it might had been that random key card being the problem.

The bathtub was clogged. Hotel did not provide service until the next day so I and my guest were not able to shower. Very disappointed. Hotel should've find a different room. They had such bad services. I or anyone I know will not stay at this place again.

We stayed a night in between travel cities and it was a good experience. We arrived late 11:30 pm and check-in was no problem. Was happy to find a nice comfortable room to rest up for the next part of our trip. Would love to stay a gain.

Pros: Nice location, close to a lot of things. Free parking. The front desk check-in worker was very nice and personable. She alone saved this review from being even worse. Cons: Jets in jacuzzi didn't work. Toilet had issues flushing a few times. Apparently no Wi-Fi network to use? Didn't see one listed anywhere. Spills in the elevator a couple different times, but did get picked up fairly quickly. Overall, fairly decent but the jacuzzi not working was a bummer and no Wi-Fi is a pretty big deal breaker nowadays.

Chose this hotel because of location and access to freeway. Parking is a little tight and less desirable spaces in back are not as secure. Check-in clerk was not welcoming and seemed perturbed by being interrupted. Had to change rooms because of running toilet and high-pitched noise from heating system. First room was on 5th floor, quiet and very nice. Was moved to a much less desirable room on the second floor above the kitchen where I was greeted in the morning by smells and noise. Good breakfast with many options. Would stay here again but only on upper floors and would check room’s equipment before settling in.

Quiet rooms, quiet location. Great for a mini getaway after a stressful week. Not really any bells and whistles, booked a plain room. Didn't really use the activity center, kinda small.
