An excellent property. It’s obviously fairly newer and in excellent condition. Our room was small but excellently appointed. Nits: A lack of night light in the bathroom necessitating turning on the bright lights when going to the bathroom at night. The $25 per day parking fee was also very inappropriate, I believe. I expect that in a big city property, but not for a property on the edge of a town with its own ample parking lot. Housekeeping seemed to struggle to get rooms cleaned during normal business hours, probably due to staffing and/or a lot of checkouts. Very nice but I might look for a property with a better value room rate next time

This hotel is one of my favorite. The staff are so friendly, they have a coffee shop inside the hotel. The coffee shop is also a small restaurant that serves delicious food. The vibe is really nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right when you enter into Sedona - about 4 miles from the middle of town. I really liked the location and also walkable to the shuttle service to a few of the more popular hiking trails. The staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3 star rating was the beds were terribly uncomfortable, flat and bumpy. We didn't get great nights of sleep because of that and also the rooms were moderately clean.

This hotel is spectacular. We loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist area but was still close to hiking trails and amenities. The view out our our room was awesome and worth every penny. Our room and the pool area was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The only down side is that $25 USD parking per night is a little steep when the property had plenty of parking available and this hotel is already on the pricier side.

It was a good stay. I always stay at Marriotts. They are pretty consistent. We booked a king room with a walk in shower and ended up getting a room with a rub. Not a huge deal, but it was different from what we booked and payed for.

The property was clean. Disappointed in check in process. Employee couldn’t find my reservation because she was searching for my first name. When I asked if my room had a good view, neither employee could tell me if it was good or not. The hotel charges $25/ night for parking, and the location is in the middle of nowhere. This is after spending over $300/night on the room. There are no extras…no water at check-in…Happy hour is discounted and the food is good. Breakfast is not included. In the room, the bathroom is large and very nice. The room is very small with 2 very small drawers, a very small frig, and a very small space for the sofa. We were supposed to get housekeeping service every other day. On the first day we were to receive service, I called to let the front desk know were we leaving the hotel for a few hours, so they could service the room. We got back that night, and no service had been completed. My overall opinion is that this hotel is poorly managed, and there is a lack of care at the site.
