First stay at a Residence Inn. We were very pleased. The accommodations and the property amenities were all great. They were cozy and high quality. Complimentary breakfast was very good. On site bar available in the evenings. Heated pool and jacuzzi and a beautiful fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is we paid for a balcony and got a patio with a rock wall to look at. Other than the disappointment in no view when you think you are getting a view It was a good hotel - beds were comfortable, breakfast was good with a variety of choices, and we liked that the location in Sedona but not in the craziness of Sedona.

This hotel is great value for the money! Having breakfast included is a real treat. The hotel is super clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient to trails and to restaurants.

We are satisfied with the hotel. The couch pull-out bed is not comfortable, not for kids who are only 50 lbs.

The property itself is placed in the middle of some gorgeous views and it also felt very modern. Nice touch to have the room so separated, with a seperate kitchen, living and then your bed and shower. I did have a huge stain of dog pee next to my side of the bed and I didn't bring a dog. Closet door was also locked? So I couldn't hang any of my nice entire. And the fan is really loud when it turns on so hopefully you aren't a light sleeper. All in all, the best service came from the chefs making the food in the morning. They have a set menu but a family wanted waffles and by the next morning, they were in the kitchen. They really tried to make you feel welcomed and always started your day with smiles and great service. The desks staff on the other hand could use some work. If their mean glares don't scare you from talking to them, the attitudes for asking questions just might. You don't need to make people feel incompetent for asking a simple question about check out.

I really dislike when properties/hotels charge for parking - just include it in the cost. We were going to try to park elsewhere to avoid the $25 US fee but there literally was no where else to park nearby. The breakfast was good value but was shut down by 0900. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and pleasant - EVERYONE!! A few annoying things about the room - no separate area to read at night if one person wants to sleep and the other partner wants to read or watch TV, no in-room safe - ????!!!, the water pressure at the bathroom sink was almost non-existent, no bathrobes for adults to use (at $ >$$350/night.

There are hiking trails within walking distance of the property which is great for being active. The hotel is off the beaten path from downtown Sedona making it quieter than most other options. However, the pool draws many families with younger kids during holiday breaks so that area was very boisterous during my stay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

our experience was perfect. Friendly staff and awesome breakfast that changed every day. Room was nice with kitchenette and small desk work area. A bit small for room sizes but still great. Laundry on site is cool too!

Everything was great. Even though the hotel was full it wasn't noisy. Access to BBQs and the fire pit was great. The layout of the room and kitchen served its purpose and it was extremely clean.

Property and staff were excellent. We had the studio apartment with King bed, sleeper sofa, kitchen area fully stocked with essentials. Pool, hot tub, grilling and outdoor dining area with adjacent but fenced off fire pit and area to play corn hole makes a nice area to play and relax. Family friendly but we went without kids and enjoyed time with other adult only couples. Rooms were quiet even with kids next door. Great free breakfast, bar area, and convenience to Sedona tourist activities, shopping, and hiking trails.

The hotel is located in a convient area just outside of the main drag of town. Very easy if you have a car to get around. Our room was spectacularly clean and had all the things we needed. However we has an ajoining room and we could hear our neighbours as if they were in our room until the early hours of the morning. It was as if their TV was on full volume and their voices were being amplified through the ajoining door. I think bigfoot had also checked in upstairs and we could hear them stomping around all night. For a region where you really want to get up early and do activites it was disappointing how loud this place was at night. I was also shocked to see we were charged for parking (which is in a large shared outdoors car park) when at check in i was not informed of this. 25USD tax is a bit rich for a car park in an area where you could park on the street for free.

Great hotel in an amazing place
We stayed in a one bedroom suite for 3 nights and loved it. Perfect location for exploring Sedona and the views from the front of the hotel and from the viewing deck of the sister property are breathtaking. Service was excellent. My only criticisms - plastic cutlery at breakfast service and charging for car parking.

Sedona getaway
Very clean and modern decor. I could live in a place that small from the way the room was laid out. Super cute! Friendly staff. Too cold to use pool, and hot tub was occupied but it looked amazing. Out of the 4 hotels I stayed in during our AZ road trip this was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable. You wont be disappointed.
