"This is an excellent hotel. It is well positioned in the centre of Seefeld and it has excellent spa facilities although me and my wife being very reserved English nationals found it a shock and very humiliating to be told by a member of staff whilst in a crowded sauna that wearing swimwear was not allowed and only total nudity was permitted. We appreciate that rules are rules but that was not a requirement we had been made aware of prior to booking and for a couple who have also undergone quite disfiguring surgery, it was a major embarrassment and disappointment. That said the staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful and despite the aforementioned problem we had a wonderfully relaxing stay in a very beautiful Austrian town."

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough! "
