"The apartment met basic requirements but most beds were uncomfortable and 2 bedrooms were cramped for space. Bathrooms were a good size. The roof terrace lacked sufficient seating for 6 people, the glass table was very dirty, the parasol was torn and the flooring was littered with dead leaves. Although we had no language in common, we communicated easily when necessary via Google Translate and What’s App, and Carlos and Jose were always helpful. "We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite on the 4th floor, and I would highly recommend this hotel! The suite was spacious and very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Some wonderfully thoughtful touches included juice and coffee pods each day, and the use of laundry machines, including laundry soap and fabric softener. Although the weather didn’t allow many days around the pool, the area was very clean and there was plenty of room to accommodate many guests. "

Not the fault of the apartment, but we learned to keep the windows closed as there were a fair amount of mosquitoes that came in when we opened them for only a couple minutes."

"It would have been nice to get the check in information earlier as we walked to the actual hotel location to then realize we had to walk back 1.5 km to the reception desk at a different location.
