We had a ground floor unit that was very handy for loading and unloading a vehicle. Property is located in the middle of town and was convenient to almost everything in Seward.

The location only was good. Although the hotel was clean and my room spacious enough, the place needs serious renovating. There was no microwave (not a luxury item) and when I asked for one, I was told I could be transferred to a room with the appliance in question for an extra $75. A rip off as far as I am concerned. Surely, that is not the way to treat a customer.

Property was old feeling and lumpy beds but it was the lack of friendliness at the front desk for all 3 days that was the worst. They acted like we should feel lucky to stay there. Seemed clean and the town was in a beautiful setting so you'd think they would be nicer when paying $200 for an old room.

They were very accommodating. Let us leave our luggage while we waited for our train. Also provided shuttle service when we needed it.

Very close to the cruise terminal. Free shuttle to cruise terminal. Walkable area to small shops and the marina. No breakfast included but a small restaurant close by that had great food.
