The hotel is very reasonable in price, the décor is.nice and friendly staff and the food was good. my check in at 5am was difficult for there was no record of my arrival so had to be going through emails to find the information on my booking.

Unprofessional managers at All levels ! Unpleasant manner and culture. Overworked and underpaid staff which will have impact on their behaviour towards guests ! It was obvious that staff do their job for survival!! I experienced many bad behaviour at all levels. The Only reason I stayed was that hotel wD almost empty and the quality of their room was better than the neighboring hotels.

Cheap hotel
Don't expect too much as this hotel is budget. You get a lot for the money you pay. There is a free transfer to the beach. Clean towels and bedding, but the cleaning of the rooms are not very good.

Worst experience ever
I wasted two weeks of my holiday, so I'm not going to waste much on this review. Hotel was bad in any level but worse yet the people make me feel like I am in the middle of hyenas that each of them is trying to rip you off.I'll never go back. I spend two weeks in miserable place. They will try to rip you off at least 5 times higher the price than usual I don't want to waste time on this anymore bye bye Egypt

Everything was oerfect
Nice hotel, very clean and staff very accommodating. Towels supplied to use around the pool or to the beach. Laundry service available. Free bus to a choice of two beaches. It is a very central location for shopping, restaurants and bars.

bad experience but good condition of room
Room condition was good, nice swimming area. food was fine. but we had difficulty to take a room as they want us an extra money. One receptionist was indeed kind and friendly as he tried to sort problem out but old guy tried to get extra money and try to make a problem with us as we booked through hotels.com with right number of people and room. I would not go again.

Good location but bad services
Its my third day in this hotel , and I'm so disappointed for this experience as they are asking me for extra fees for full package of all inclusive although i had reserved all inclusive deal and paid in full online with mentioned request of all package of all inclusive with no feedback from responsible person!! , And when i asked to contact with the Hotel Manager to solve this issue it was no action or at least respond , further a lot of other issues like " medium quality of food and bad service in restaurant , only one bar is working in the hotel with limitation of available drinks " On other hand , the room not was as i have reserved " no phone , safe box not working , normal tv not LED" - The swimming pool not clean with unsafe situation like broken of water excess colander - The room not cleaning today from 10 am till 2 pm !! - Bad attitude of front manager , when I asked him to solve the extra fees required problem , with informing us its our services !!!

struttura moderna e molto accogliente. il personale molto gentile, i camerieri educati e molto disponibili. il cibo era molto buono, con vasta scelta di carne e pesce. il cenone della vigilia di natale è stato molto elaborato e con vasta scelta di tutto. siamo state molto soddisfatte della scelta del resort anche per la disponibilità di navetta per le varie spiaggia quindi una iniziativa per visitare le spiagge più belle del paese

Slitt hotell, dårlig vedlikehold. Røyking tillatt i resepsjonsområdet og i åpen bar/kafe ut mot dette området. Hotellet har et spatilbud som ikke er verdt pengene, eller som ikke er i samsvar med det som blir lovet - styr unna. Elendig vin i all-inclusive. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, god service :)

Первый раз в отеле Coral Hills.
Отдых понравился! Особенно понравилось питание и бар! На пляж и обратно возили вовремя! Интернет работал хорошо! Единственное пожелание, чтобы пляж Эль Фанара сделали бесплатным!

Günstiges Hotel das meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Da wenige Gäste da waren, war die Auswahl bei den Mahlzeiten gering, aber OK. Das Hotel ist sauber mit schönen Pools. Zu verschiedenen Stränden werden mehrmals täglich Transfers zu Stränden angeboten. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer ein günstiges Hotel mit all-inclusive Angebot sucht und mit der Lage (nicht am Strand, ruhige Umgebung) zufrieden ist, ist hier nicht falsch.

To be honest, the staff are very friendly. Good cleaning and nice pool area. The location is not with a walking distance to the beach, you have to take a bus or a taxi to get there. And last but not least, the food is without shame reeeaally bad. So please if you are considering the all inclusive package, don’t book it. You’ll still have to go to restaurants to eat yourself full. I’m totally serious.

Diese Unterkunft würde ich aus dem Sortiment nehmen, das essen war sehr schlecht und jeden Tag das selbe, WLAN funktionierte auch nicht , für den Shuttle an den Strand müsste man bezahlen es war nicht alles inklusive wie angegeben für den Billiardtisch müsste man auch bezahlen , Getränke hatte es nie genug

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten was heel goed. Goede animator. 2 zwembaden bij het hotel. Diverse stranden op loopafstand. Ligt niet ver van het oude stadscentrum.

الرحلة بشكل عام جيدة و المنتجع جميل وهادئ و شاطئه الرملى ممتاز ولكن حدث خطأ من موقع الحجز نفسه أتمنى ألا يتكرر و أتمنى الإنتباه له حتى لا يتكرر مع مسافرين آخرين حيث أننى حجزت أسبوع شامل الإفطار وجاءنى التأكيد بذلك و أثناء تناولنا للإفطار أخبرنى مدير المطعم أننا لسنا على قائمة الإفطار مما وضعنى وأسرتى فى حرج شديد و أعطيتهم تأكيد الحجز ولكنهم أخبرونى أن الفاكس المرسل إليهم من الموقع بدون وجبات وأنهم ملتزمون به وذلك مخالفا للتأكيد الذى بحوذتى وأكدوا لى أن ذلك حدث أكثر من مرة من موقع هوتيلز و إكسبيديا مع عملاء آخرين سابقا ، مما إضطرنى للإستغناء عن الإفطار فى المنتجع و مراسلة خدمة العملاء فى هوتيلز والتى لم تستطع حل المشكلة .. وبصراحة أكثر ما آلمنى هو الإحراج الذى تعرضت له ولم يكن له أى مبرر لو أن الموقع فقط دقق فى الفاكس المرسل للمنتجع. ولكم جزيل الشكر.

Un buon albergo economico, pulizie sopra la media, cibo sotto la media e molto ripetitivo, ma mai cattivo. Le navette per la spiaggia sono molto limitate, e tutte le spiaggie con barriera richiedono un pagamento. Consigliato se avete accesso a una tariffa speciale, altrimenti, se a prezzo standard, ci sono altri alberghi vicino con caratteristiche a me piu' adatte. Da migliorare anche la comunicazione: le bevande ai pasti bisogna procurarsele da soli al bar. La cassaforte ho dovuto guardare le istruzioni su internet per usarla.

A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tisztasága megfelelő volt, naponta takarították. A szálloda területén két medence található. A tengerpartra a szálloda kisbusza szállította a fürödni vágyókat. Az étel minősége jó volt, de túl egyhangú volt szinte minden nap úgyanaz volt. De ár-érték arányban nem kell többet várni. Én jól pihentem.

中規模のホテルです。設備等は古いですが、値段を考えると、まぁ、お得感はあると思います。Wi-Fiはロビーでしか拾えない様ですが、下りで3Mbps程で、複数同時接続不可の1人(1アカウント)に対して1端末までと言われました。ゴネたら、「ちょっと検討するから、また後で相談に来て。」と言われましたが、行く機会を逃してしまい、確認しませんでした。食事は朝、晩付きにしました。理由は、以前この辺りには来た事があって、周りには、ローカルで安く食べれるとろまで、結構離れている事を知っていたので、そうしました。ただ、朝晩共ブュッフェですが、あまり種類がなく、味も美味しくはありませんでした。ちなみにエッグ・ステーションは有ります。
