"Room was clean, modern and recently decorated and is great if you like wall-to-wall grey. Our room was located near the bar and stairs, so pretty noisy if you are a light-sleeper. Coffee was weak and breakfast was mediocre, firstly it ran out and then when it did arrive, it wasn't the best quality food. If you're staying on a B&B basis, you should at least get a good night's kip and a decent breakfast, but in all honesty I cannot say we had either! Overall it was reasonable value for money and...

"Lovely cabin, equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights. No towels, but we knew that as communication beforehand was really good. The area is lovely, with horses on the premises and great walking around."

"Very large room with separate desk area. Floors were very creaky so not good if you need to get up in the middle of the night without making noise! Breakfast was good, you could ask for vegan sausages. Disappointed on my last day they had no mushrooms so I could only eat baked beans and tomatoes from the hot buffet (plus the vegan sausages I asked for every day!) Would be nice if there was more fresh fruit too and non-dairy milk out (I presume you could ask for it)."

"We had a lovely week at this cottage. Nora and Simon were so helpful and welcoming. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring the area and i would recommend the Park and Ride to go into Shrewsbury. We hope to return in future!"

"We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at the Moorhead B&B. The room and en-suite were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very well presented, cooked to perfection and there was plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and our welcome was warm and friendly. Lovely peaceful farm setting with great views from the windows. Looking forward to the next time. "
