Refuge from the chaos of Addis
"We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The gardens are large, lots if flowers, large trees, birds, and monkeys. The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. ..."

"The location is central, near the AU HQ, the personnel is very welcoming and very courteous. The premises are very clean. On the downside there is no option for breakfast. Though they do offer a good coffee"

Some things need to be addressed... smell coming from the drainage in bathroom, my room was a bit hot at daytime and fan was unavailable, lacking some basic amenities that an apartment should have such as glass cups ..."
