Poorly run property. Limited parking in a very seedy part of town. Broken glass in parking lot suggestive of car window being broken into. Dirty room. No room service. Needs updates

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was very helpful when my daughter left her ear buds in the room after we had checked out. We were able to go back and look and even though they werent there, staff stated they would continue to look for them. Called the front desk the next day and the gentleman reported they had been turned in. I was able to describe them and he said they would be at the front desk for us. So helpful and my daughter is beyond thankful!

Perfect room
We came to Sioux Falls the night before a big day in the city. The room was perfect and clean. The staff was excellent and very courteous! I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I was very satisfied. The hot tub was Awesome....and I was going to stay another night, (Sat night) but they had changed the water Friday night...and the water was luke warm...so I went on home.....I get it you have to keep it clean...but you need to fill it up with hotter water so it warms up sooner.

Hotel needs update.
The hotel is very old and the rooms need an update. The halls are musty smelling and the rooms all smell musty. Our first room was terrible. The put us in a different room it was better but still had odors. The shower leaked and the bathroom was just very old.

Room maintenance lacking.
Room thermostat didn't function so no A/C on a 90+ degree day. Shower wouldn't run full stream with hot water - choice was full stream cold water or a dribble of lukewarm water. No complimentary coffee anymore - just $4 Starbucks. We will find a different hotel next time we are in Sioux Falls.

The customer service was great. Very responsive to switching our room due to the entering the room with the tv blazing loud, refrigerator open along with the closet door. The showers need to be cleaned better. Otherwise, our visit was fine.

The bathroom in our room was not well maintained. The shower floor was not well cleaned at all. Red mold, or vomit, or some other unpleasant substance was in all the corners and the floor in the shower itself was not great to look at. The door stop on the bathroom wall was broke off when we arrived. We notified the front desk immediately, so we would not be held responsible. Very disappointing for this hotel.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the room needed some minor maintenace and there were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor.
