Called my cell phone at 8pm to see when I was checking in, I get here at 8:30. Charge me an extra “$2.50” for a hotel fee. Whatever, that was annoying. This place is so run down and disgusting. Place needs a lot of work.

The bed creaked pretty badly, the sheets wouldn't stay on and the mattress that revealed was full of stains. The cable kept cutting out, it was only for a second or two but still annoying. The drain stopper in the tub didn't work. Wanted to soak in the hot tub but not only was the water barely warm, but it was green and had bugs in it. The pool looked fine so I don't know if they just ignore the hot tub or what. Second of the 2 times housekeeping stopped by, all they did was empty the trash. No fresh towels, no making the bed. We were there for 5 days so it's more about what didn't get done than the frequency. There are definitely better options for the price.
