This business looks like it hasn't been refurbished since it was established in 1997. That said, it was good value for money compared to the other offerings within the Dublin locale, and the staff were attentive.
My room was on the street front and very stuffy (summer time) when I arrived. With the window open I could hear the other patrons arriving at the front door below, the beeping of the cash machine across the street, the traffic and the loud seagulls all too clearly. Fortunately I'm used to sleeping in noisy environments, so a good set of earplugs saw me have a decent night's rest.
I'd happily stay again if I needed no more than a bed for the night, but would look elsewhere for something slightly more salubrious and quieter for a short break with my partner.
