Dear Vadym, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Metropolitan Hotel Sofia, a member of Radisson Individuals.We greatly appreciate all of feedback of all our guests.We understand that our rooms are not showcasing the latest in the accommodation furniture, as the one in our rooms has not been changed since our opening in 2008. This is however going to change very soon!We would like to let you know that we provide everything but hair conditioner in our bathrooms, including Shampoo, Body Lotion and Shower Gel.Our free transfer shuttle is available on every hour as we have to be sure that considering all variables on our way to and from the airport we can make it back in time for the next scheduled transport.Our hotel does offer breakfast boxes to everyone who would like to leave the hotel before the start of the breakfast. Our guests rate our BBoxes very highly too.
