With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount

Perfect stay
Overall would recommend and would book again myself. Buffet breakfast pay for separately. Friendly helpful staff and everywhere clean No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms but that could be a continental thing.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Mitarbeiter ganz toll zu Kindern waren. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Wenn ich wieder in Soltau übernachten müßte, würde ich das Hotel wieder nehmen. Preis/Leistung stimmt, Frühstück war gut. Obwohl neben einer Hauptstraße gelegen, habe ich keinen Lärm vernommen und gut geschlafen.

Mkt trevligt och fräscht hotell. Fint rum med sköna sängar. Bra service, vi kom sent det var inga problem. Restaurang och bar öppen sent. Frukosten var prisvärd.

Neuerwertige und moderne Zimmereinrichtung. Nettes Personal und leckeres Essen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in allem 1A. Es geht sicher woanders wenige Euro günstiger, aber nicht zu dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Unschlagbar.

Das Zimmer super modern. Die Betten super bequem und die Dusche 1A. Super nettes Personal und einfach wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Hätte gerne nh Nacht länger verbracht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi hotel niet ver ten zuiden van Hamburg
Het is een prima hotel, niet ver gelegen vanaf de autobahn A7. De kamer is heel netjes, alle voorzieningen voor een prettig verblijf zijn aanwezig. Belangrijk er is airconditioning aanwezig, geen overbodige luxe. Het was nl. behoorlijk warm. Het ontbijt is ruim en wordt ook weer aangevuld. Kortom een mooi hotel gelegen niet ver ten zuiden van Hamburg.

Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür und auch ein Check-in nach 21 Uhr war nach telefonischer Absprache kein Problem. Sehr nettes Personal, moderne Zimmer und in 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Heide Park.

Der Aufenenalt war sehr angenehm. Abends im Lokal wurde ic spitzenmässig und sehr freundlich bedient. So was gibt es mittlerweile nicht mehr oft. Kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein gutes italienisches Restaurant direkt im Hotel. Große und saubere Zimmer. Gute Anbindung zur A7. Der Frühstücksraum bzw. das Restaurant könnte ein wenig Dekoration vertragen. Die kahlen Wände in Kombination mit dem kaltweißen LED-Licht erinnern ein wenig an eine Zahnarztpraxis. Der Rezeptionsbereich mit Bar hingegen ist sehr schön und gemütlich.

Nyrenoverat och välstädat samt serviceinriktad personal. Frukostutbudet dock något skralt. En el-laddstolpe till förfogande, vilken vi kunde nyttja. Totalt sett ett prisvärt hotell. Hotellets restaurang gav emellertid ingen gourmet-upplevelse.
