"More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"Great family holiday, good location and facilities including parking space. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks. "Really loved this property. Pools , grounds and spa are all very phenomenal. Food was just ok. Could definitely find something to eat but it just was not high quality. It would be nice if they offered a breakfast only option instead of half board, breakfast was significantly better than dinner. Rooms were not that sound proof, if you are a light sleeper plan for that. "
