"room is small, sun does not go inside, that's why it has some bad smell. bathroom also small. breakfast was ok, same every day. pool was nice. staff were good and helpful."

I would expect better for a 5 star hotel to have been better equipped. Also as a gold member, i thought i would get an upgrade ..."
