Wood's Summer Home is a three floor villa set in a closed complex. We are set 400 meters from Bamboo Beach. Two out of three rooms include a terrace with garden view and have either two king sized beds or twin beds, while the third room has a queen sized bed; there are three bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table, that can be moved on the terrace outside, an espresso machine and a TV. The villa offers a shared pool and free parking.

Free parking is available on spot, for one car, behind the villa, and outside the complex. There are two sunbeds for the pool, the ones in the pictures of the property.

The accommodation is fully equipped and suitable for a family stay as well for couples. There is a restaurant, a cafe, an ATM, a big supermarket and a pharmacy within 500 meters. The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk on foot and the other well known and spacious beaches named Harmani and Kavatsi are 900 meters from the property. The property overlooks the picturesque Paradise Bay area.

Here are the house rules
• Quiet hours from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 8.00
• Always lock the street door of the complex
• Use only our sunbeds at the pool
• Do not enter the pool after 22.00
• No events allowed
• No pets allowed
• Please do not smoke inside the house

• Please make sure you do not have sand on you when entering the pool.
• Please do not bring sand in the house. There is a water tap next to the garden entrance, on the left. Please use it to remove the sand from the feet.
