"We wanted to be near family at La Fiesta but with a kitchen and this was perfect - even has a dishwasher. Clean and comfortable, with laundry on site. Easy walk or drive to beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and I wish there was more glass to enjoy that view. Property managers were very responsive to a leaky faucet. We were able to comfortably host 10 for dinner and had a fabulous restful weekend."

"Great location, close to the historic district! You can literally walk to the historic District if you want. And there are two awesome restaurants within a few hundred yards that are premium, Ice Plant and St. Augustine Fish Camp. Also walking distance to the winery, where you can take a tour and have wine tastings. Had a great time!"

"We had an amazing time in our first trip to St. Augustine. The location was perfect - an easy 5 minute walk to the historic district featuring great shopping and so many restaurant choices. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Walking around was very easy to get anywhere in town and not having to use our car. Everything in the unit was very nice and clean however, I’m not a fan of a foam topper on the bed. Would prefer a great mattress instead. Bring your own clothing hangers as there were none available. We did leave one of our behind. There was a keurig coffee maker but no pods, only the packets you find in a hotel."

"This condo is beautiful. The property is decorated in a modern cool beach theme with a nautical vibe in different hues of blue and grey. The place is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all the modern conveniences. The bathrooms come with hand soap and plenty of clean towels. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and the beds are super comfortable.
