The hotel itself was stylish but the quality was poor. Service was poor, had to keep asking almost everyday to get room cleaned. No towels left in the room after cleaning. Hot tub dirty on arrival, after use had to keep asking to be cleaned. Although tea and coffee were supposed to be complimentary day two none was supplied and when asked with yet another call to reception only coffee was supplied and no tea for the rest of the stay.. anyways the coffee machine was broken. The Hot Tub we only used as a bath as the jacuzzi function was super loud, they came to fix it as it was broken but still didn't make a difference, we couldn't hear each other talk so we didn't use it having booked the room for that facility. Shower kept flooding over the tray. Air con broke then randomly cold. The brand of H Hotel communicates luxury and style but apart from the beautiful façade the quality was just poor. You could get better quality toilet paper in public toilets!! Little things matter when you are portraying a top brand!

Usually I wouldn’t leave a review for a hotel. I guess because I’ve never been that impressed by hotels in the past but I felt the need to leave a review for the H hotel St Julian’s. From the beginning of checking in, all was very good service, Efficient and professional. Sadly, our room wasn’t what we expected. I won’t bother going into details as it’s irrelevant, what what is relevant is how swiftly the hotel staff ensured we was seen to, our room changed and two very happy guests that quickly forgot the negative impact our first night had. Breakfast, wow.. incredible! Such good choices, high quality foods with excellent service again. This hotel is amazing, the little touches, the cleanliness and the service just impeccable. The hotel would excel internationally and probably teach a few well know brands a lesson or two! Thank you for a wonderful stay H hotel.

Stunning hotel, literally everything is walkable from the hotel. Great restaurant options, near the beach and bars. Only issue the rooms can be really hot.

I check-in to a hotel every birthday staff didn’t acknowledge that it was my birthday even though they took my passport. This is the first time this has happened in the last six years. Also the room that I had was not a Seaview room and there was a smell of somewhat cooking scent in my room , I’ve stayed at the boutique hotel and enjoyed it as to why I bought the main hotel. This time I would say my stay at the boutique hotel was better . Didn’t have any issues over there and the staff were much friendly. I will be returning this week for business

Amazing hotel… I had to learn the hard way, but there is no need for a car; no parking in the area, and everything is in walking distance or Uber friendly.

If you like the central party life, this is the place for you. If you like a quieter location, then stay away from this. The hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was decent.

Prime location, you can’t go wrong. Looks exactly like the photo and the room was very spacious. Depending on the room you get, you could end up at an end where you can hear a lot of what’s going on outside in Paceville but it didn’t keep me up, so not an issue for me. Great stay and food, already planning to go back.

Great hotel!
I had a great stay, friendly staff, good location, except there was some construction close by and you would hear the noise so loud early in the morning in your room! I woke up early anyways so it didn’t matter and wasn’t hotel’s fault! The spa is amazing, food and pool great! It was my birthday and they made it so special for me, never had it before! Highly recommend!

Stayed in many hotels around the world and this was the worst by far. Absolutely poor service, roo Layout I thought of and very poor, no air on for first 2 days and I. 40 degree heat it was awful despite many many complaints we finally got to change our room at 11.45pm sat nite!! Very inconvenient and to a room that stunk. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel for young people who are there to party
Beautiful modern hotel, rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a massive balcony with a sea view. The hotel was very busy. Definitely a hotel for young people. The location is ideal for clubs and pubs. If you want a more low key chilled hotel this is not for you!

My stay was great until they charged me for minibar services which we did not use including a bottle of vodka. The seal had been broken but the bottle was full. This was not broken by myself and since trying to speak to a manager, they are now ignoring me. Real shame as I would have referred this hotel otherwise.

The property was nice and the the pool and view were great. A bit unorganized, there were miscommunications about mini bar items with the hotel trying to charge for items that were not consumed. Overall it was a bit overrated for the price.

The hotel looked like a great place, however, I will not recommended this place as this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. First the check in experience - They sent us to the wrong room. Then called us to tell us we had to come back down with all our luggage, no assistance to get the key for the other room. Went to the other room and it wasn’t serviced or cleaned get. Went back downstairs and they told us we had to wait. We weren’t able to check in until 7pm, 3 hours after check in time. The front desk manager ensured us that we would receive compensation for the inconvenience. We received nothing. All we received was more headaches because the hotel had a towel shortage, so we had to ask for towels for the room but all they could provide was beach towels. The jacuzzi in the room was broken. Then upon checking out, they tried to get us to pay the deposit and euro tax AGAIN because they didn’t have the record of it in the system. So I had to get in writing that they acknowledged the deposit on my credit card and we would get it back. And again, they offered no compensation for any mishap. I said the least they could have done was paid for our drinks and food 70 euro while we had to wait 3 hours to check in to our room. But nothing. We also experienced the manager, Plamena being rude with other customers as well. I hope the hotel reads this and takes appropriate action to address her disrespect towards customers.

Overall I would give my experience a 8 out of 10. Staff was super friendly and amazing, only downfall was my jacuzzi in the room leaked and the hotel didn’t have enough wash cloths (small towels) other than that I will highly recommend, especially the spa at the hotel it is a must Rahju was amazing. I will stay again when I visit during the summer

I love this hotel. Would rate 9/10 because I've stayed at the sister hotel Hugo's on 2 other occasions and that would get a 100/10. The breakfast is ahhh ma gosh. Defo a must when booking and the location is perfect for night life and getting around with taxi or public transport around Malta. Also access to a lot of restaurants. Some say it's noisy but it's really not bad at all unless you're the most senator I've jumpy sleeper. I have recommended the Hugo's to every friend and family who have been to Malta and this is the one hotel I will be staying at when I come again. I'm obsessed !!

Had a fantastic stay at H Hotel. They helped decorated the bedroom for my partners birthday. Staff were super friendly, concierge service was great and the breakfast was impeccable. Also very clean and in a great location.

Due to Delta changing our flights, we needed to check out a day earlier than originally planned. We confirmed with Expedia, who called the hotel, gave them info/reference number. Explained on arrival and check out, yet once we got back we were told they just kept the extra night fee and that was that…Also we could never get a full refresh on towels; one size or another was always missing and we had to go down to the front desk, with limited success. Would return to Malta, just not here.
