The hotel itself was stylish but the quality was poor. Service was poor, had to keep asking almost everyday to get room cleaned. No towels left in the room after cleaning. Hot tub dirty on arrival, after use had to keep asking to be cleaned. Although tea and coffee were supposed to be complimentary day two none was supplied and when asked with yet another call to reception only coffee was supplied and no tea for the rest of the stay.. anyways the coffee machine was broken. The Hot Tub we only used as a bath as the jacuzzi function was super loud, they came to fix it as it was broken but still didn't make a difference, we couldn't hear each other talk so we didn't use it having booked the room for that facility. Shower kept flooding over the tray. Air con broke then randomly cold. The brand of H Hotel communicates luxury and style but apart from the beautiful façade the quality was just poor. You could get better quality toilet paper in public toilets!! Little things matter when you are portraying a top brand!
