I really enjoyed my stay at Blue Haven. It's a really nice place & I would recommend to others. The only thing I disliked was the fact the house cleaners are very infrequent. I think it was every 5 nights. I expect housecleaning when I'm paying for a place. I would recommend that they increase the frequency.

This property exceeded my expectations. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was spotless and THEY provided everything and then some. The room had a coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, kettle, pots, plates, cups, glass, beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash etc. The bonus was the laundry pods, dryer sheets and the token to do your laundry, I did not expect this. The laundry room was also spotless. Keep up the great work BLUE HAVEN. Special thanks to the front desk (Marc) and Esther.

Me and my son had a great time at Blue Haven resort. The staff were really friendly and helpful with where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was modern clean and well operated. Great location in the Gap. Walk down the street to the beach, eateries and shops, but in a nestled area that allows for a peaceful sleep at night. Excellent staff and superb laundry facilities. Will definitely stay there again!

My Husband and I stayed at Blue Haven from March 25-April 1. We absolutely loved the location…so close to the beach and the famous St Lawrence Gap. We thoroughly enjoyed having a kitchenette that was very well equipped with everything you would need! The room was spacious and bright a with a large balcony where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We walked everywhere from the apartment…several great beaches within walking distance. Whenever we needed anything, the front desk staff were eager to help. I think the only thing I would recommend is for visitors to bring earplugs as there are many roosters and chickens on both sides of the building who live to make noise very early in the morning!

1-2 minute walk from Dover beach and multiple restaurants and bars. It’s at a prime location. Taxi and bus stop near by to go to pistons or other parts of town. The building is well kept. It is different that they don’t do room cleaning daily like hotels in the U.S but every 7 days, so take note - it is otherwise incredible

The property is ideally located in St. Lawrence Gap near a range of restaurants, entertainment spots and the beach. The property appears to be new and well-maintained and laundry is free. Since this is an apartment hotel there is no daily room service so you have to clean up after yourself. Fresh towels were provided upon request. I stayed with my husband and the room was quite big, but the twin beds pushed together were not ideal so it was not the most comfortable sleep. Additionally, we were given a room on the ground floor which was convenient, but it appears from the bathroom that it was disability-friendly. As a result, the bathroom flooded quite easily because there was no door.

The proximity of Blue Haven to Dover Beach is just one block. It is a great location and only a 5 minute walk to the St. Lawrence Gap where you find some amazing restaurants.

Just book!
Lovely stay at Blue Haven. The room was clean and spacious, just what we needed for a week in the sun. Location is great, with several beaches within walking distance, plenty of places to have dinner and drinks. Would come back in a heart beat

Very well appointed property with everything you might need including a wash and dry room with one of each included in your rental.One issue that we had was the promised 'every 4th or 5th day' cleaning- which turned out to be 5 days for us ..three times!. We actually rang on the afternoon of our 4th day to see if the cleaners were due but were told we were scheduled for day 6 ..we insisted on cleaning on fifth day. We felt we had to fight every few days to make sure we got the cleaning as promised. So, if you're happy with this (or with paying for extra cleaning) theseapartments are an excellent choice in every other respect.

The staff at Blue Haven was very professional and accommodating. I arrived slightly before the check in time and they proceeded to check us in and direct us towards our room. The room itself was modern, clean and we'll furnished. I would definitely stay again!

The room type I got is not what was advertised. I bought a whole set of groceries to cook Christmas dinner and had to end up going by family members to cook. There was no stove, no oven, a mini fridge and they brought a hot plate to cook on. There was no sink so dishes and everything that had to be washed in the bathroom sink. They had soap and shampoo in the shower but I couldn’t use those as I have sensitive skin, no where to put your own bath soap. Value for money…..the room was extremely small in comparison to the amount of money I had to pay. The best thing about my stay and the room was the air conditioning, that’s about it. Everything else was pretty poor.

Very convenient with excellent amenities and right by the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Lots of eating and drinking places and right on St Lawrence gap. You couldnt be closer. The property was modern, clean and the staff extremely polite. The only complaint was the sofa bed that was very uncomfortable so my daughter didnt sleep well. Otherwise the apartment would have been a 10 out of 10. We would definately stay there again but would have to book a 2 bedroom apartment if available only.

Great location
Lovely property and location. It's a minute walk from Dover beach and St Lawrence Gap. The staff were very friendly and the hosts were very responsive from the time of booking and during the stay. Definitely recommended

A very nice stay in The Gap
Blue Haven was very clean and comfortable (except for the sofa-bed which isn't too unusual, unfortunately). The staff was helpful and pleasant with good recommendations. The beach is much closer than described - only a few minutes' walk down the short hill - and the location is good for restaurants and The Gap neighborhood which we liked. The larger rooms with balconies were probably much better than ours, but we needed to save money.

I wasn't happy with the adjoining room and it took 2 days for the property manager to contact me after arrival. She called very early in the morning while I was still asleep and because I told her I was still in bed she never bothered calling back and my room was not changed! Very dissatisfied customer. Poor communication.

I really loved everything about Blue Haven Apartments. One thing I need to mention is the little closet had no bar or hangers for hanging clothes after ironing. Besides that I had a great time staying here and will definitely come back.

This property is located 3 minutes from "The Gap" and Dover Beach. It's clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen is a little small but functional. The gardens are very beautiful, and its so peaceful sitting on the patio just watching the lovely landscaping.

The property is clean and in a good location. My room had the comfort of home, where I was able to cook. They provided beach towels, regular towels and wash clothes. There’s a well kept laundry room that I used to wash my laundry with the soap pods and tokens that was provided. It’s right across from Dover field which had a fair on Saturday and I got fish cakes for a price that was delicious. The only small critique I have is house keeping does not come every three days but every fifth day. However the staff from the time I checked in was extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk lady was super engaging, helpful and friendly too. The bottom line is my stay was comfortable and I would book with them again with my eyes close or open. Did I mention it’s a four minute walk or so to the beach?! Yes book your room, I definitely will again in the future.
