"Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

"The property is beautiful, comfortable beds, and condo was spacious. We had a small problem with our freezer door not closing all the way, but since we didn’t have kids traveling with us (with ice cream, popsicles, etc) it wasn’t a huge problem- the bar was great about refilling our ice! Great location, clean, and friendly staff. Thanks for a great trip!"

"The place was gorgeous! Clean and beautiful balconies. Only issue we found was lack of cooking pans. As well not being able to bring a cooler to the pool."

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was completely booked when we stayed but we still were able to get a great parking spot and got to use the beach umbrellas and chairs and they even had beach toys for my niece to play with! I do wish I had realized that the booking we stayed in was on the 5th floor level right next to the pool and bar area. Noise was not an issue, however, I didn't even open the curtains to the window in the room I was staying in because people could see in - not so much...

"This place is amazing looking just like the pictures. In walking distance to lots of restaurants but then away from the hustle and the bustle of the night life for a quiet nights. Beach was right there and absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely will be back !!"

"Had everything we needed for a quick weekend holiday. We were close and walkable To everything and easy to navigate property. My only feedback would be the gym hours. It was only open 9am-9pm which was inconvenient. A 7-7 schedule would be much better. Otherwise great!"

"Spotlessly clean unit, great location. Easy walk to restaurants, stores, & beach but a nice distance apart from the bustle of the main drag. The unit was a little stark with regard to decor but it was large & very comfortable. Odd that the second bedroom had no closet."

"The property is nice. The room was a little small but clean. Everyone was very nice. The description however for the room I stayed in said partial ocean view room. There was no ocean view at all. AND yes it has beach access but you have to walk FAR through beach sand which is very tiring. "

"The weather cooperated very nicely. We were able to go to many of the restaurants and entertainment just by walking. John's pass is a fun place to go shopping, eating and of course people watching. Our dog enjoyed herself too. We took her with us many times. The area is very dog friendly. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely too. Just wish we had an ocean view. The host Debbie is the best , friendly and available when needed. She is very easy to talk to. We will be back for years to come."

"Unit was well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Close to beach and storage unit with beach supplies a real plus. Quiet area of town but could walk to dinner and mini golf. Master shower needs a new head or something as pressure was very low and bathtub needs a stopper. Otherwise perfect!!"

"Honestly this had to be one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. The place was clean. A little modern apartment right down town. The only thing I would change would make the water temperature a little hotter. I like hot showers. But overall I can’t wait to stay there again. "
