Not only was my service request for the A/C not acknowledged for my entire 2 week stay, the staff wrongfully tried to with hold my deposit on false accusations. When the police arrived and the staff were proven wrong, they uncharged me for the next booking. Don’t stay here, they are all crooks.

The staff were great and borno in particular was very helpful I had a great stay

I lived twelve days there, they didn't even provide clean sheets or pillows, all the towels were stained, old. They didn't come to clean the rooms. On top of lack of hygiene, the staffs seems rude and not cooperative at times.

The towels was so dirty, other people open the door on you while you sleeping, they messed up the reservations. Everything is terrible. Will never book there again
