It is beautiful don’t get me wrong but for the kind of money you spend, I expected better. AC doesn’t work great and it is HOT!! Service seems great but there is no follow thru with promises made. Bartenders are great!! Especially Kyndra, Reese & Coya, all go out of their way for great customer service, the rest of staff could learn from them.

Though the property is nicely updated the staff seemed untrained. We’ve been to the islands many times and are very used to “island time” this was different. Employees carrying on casual conversations while we stood to wait for them to finish. Hard to find wait staff at the restaurants and pretty limited food options at the restaurants on property. Lots of different restaurants to choose from but each only had a few items to offer. Overall it was a pretty mediocre experience. Below what Westin standards.
