"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Due to our planned itinerary we did not use the hotel facilities to their full but I have not hesitation in believing that they would have been upto the standard that we experienced. Our room was well appointed , clean and modern. To top off our short stay, the hotel noted that it was my wife’s birthday on the day of our leaving and invited us to a birthday breakfast. This was entirely of their wish, there was no hint from either of us. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong of me not to write a genuine view of an exceptional hotel.!"

"5 Stars all the way! This property was excellent. Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very "parisian" in style. Housekeeping were very good and timely every day. Breakfast buffet was huge and very good in quality - even with sparking wine. Location is great. I usually stay at the Marriott which is very close but now will always stay here if an option. Great hotel and value. Highly recommend. "
