I really liked this hotel. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood but still walkable from Strasbourg city center. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Also good tram and bus lines nearby. There's a Carrefour supermarket around the corner and a couple of good restaurants in the neighborhood. I particularly liked Autre Part just a couple blocks away. There's also a park less than 500 m away. I would stay here again next time in Strasbourg.

The hotel rooms were quite small but that was bearable. Our biggest complaint was with housekeeping and most especially cleanliness. Our hotel rooms were not cleaned properly our entire stay there with an incident after the second night where we had to request for housekeeping to clean the room again as the dirt from the previous night's stroll was still on the floor. Even before check in, we noticed that the floor was quite dusty with a pile of dust underneath the beds that looked like it had been sitting there for a while.

Rooms are small but nice and convenient. Challenge was that the daily cleaning in the room was not well taken care of. Needs more supervision maybe.
