Stayed on a Friday night, room on the main street side on the 3rd floor, with queen bed and bathroom. The staff were very nice. The room was clean. The room could use an update. The carpet in the hallway and room smelled like hospital food..very stale and musty. Thank goodness the windows opened to get fresh air. The room is very small but enough to just sleep for the night. The queen bed was really squishy and uncomfortable. The mattress needs an update. The location relative to where all the action is was great. Parking was great. The security of the building was great. The only other consideration is that the LCBO across the street was having lawn maintenance on Saturday at approximately 8 am and it was extremely loud. So a bad night's sleep because the bed and commercial machines did not make for a relaxing night. I would ask for a room in the parking lot or back next time. I thought it was quite expensive for the room we got, Standard Room with Queen bed.

We stayed at the Parlour June 2024 whilst in Stratford to see a show. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room although a little older style furniture was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a jetted tub and bathrobes! The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance to a couple of the theatres and to all the shops and restaurants We had a great stay and will return.

The staff at the Parlour Inn were absolutely wonderful. The hotel it’s beautiful and well located. It’s the perfect spot for us in Stratford.
